I've been perfecting this recipe for the last couple of months and I think I've finally got it right.
2 cooked chicken breasts shredded
1/4 C thinly sliced white onion
1/2 package of cooked bacon cooled and crumbled (preferably hickory smoked)
1/2 C Bull's Eye BBQ sauce
1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
Roll out the pizza dough and top with 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce. Sprinkle some of the cheese on top of the BBQ sauce. Spread out the shredded chicken, onion, and bacon. Pour remaining BBQ sauce on top of the chicken etc. Top off with the remaining shredded cheese.
Cook at 410-415 degrees for approximately 14 to 16 minutes.
I have found that the hickory smoked BBQ sauce worked the best because you don't want a tomatoey sauce.
